Participation in the survey is voluntary. However, surveys can only provide reliable results if as many different people as possible take part. We would therefore be very grateful if you would also share your opinions with us.

The technical creation and evaluation of the questionnaires is carried out by Labmix24 GmbH and, in anonymized form, by Speira GmbH.

Data Privacy Statement

In order to create more transparency in the processing of personal data by companies, European legislators have introduced a new information requirement. As part of the customer survey, we collect personal data from you, so as a participant in the customer survey you should find out what happens to your personal data and for which purposes it is processed.

The following information is based on Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR:

1. Person responsible and data protection officer

2. Purposes, legal basis and provision of your data

The purpose of processing personal data as part of the customer survey is to analyze customer opinions on their previous purchasing experience. The aim of the survey is to continually optimize our processes in order to be able to offer our customers an improved purchasing experience.

The legal basis for the invitation to participate in the customer survey is your consent and therefore Art. 6 Para. 1 a) GDPR.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect. If you wish to revoke your consent, please contact datenschutz@labmix24.com.

The legal basis for further processing of personal data is also Article 6 Paragraph 1 f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The person responsible processes personal data to the extent that it is necessary to protect legitimate interests. These include, for example, customer service, complaint handling, service improvement and strengthening of our customer relationships, and to fulfill our contractual obligations.

Participation in the survey and the resulting provision of your personal data is voluntary. You will not suffer any disadvantages if you do not provide your personal data and if you do not take part in the survey.

The personal data processed as part of the customer survey will be stored for five years after the customer survey has been completed and will then be deleted.

It is necessary to save the results and answers of the participants in order to ensure traceability of the survey results.

 

3. Provision of the customer survey results in anonymized form to Speira GmbH

Your personal data will be anonymized by Labmix24 GmbH as part of the survey and the results will be forwarded to Speira GmbH. It is therefore not possible for Speira GmbH to draw any direct conclusions about you as a person.

The purpose of processing personal data as part of the customer survey is to analyze customer opinions on previous purchasing experiences. The aim of the survey is to continually optimize our processes in order to be able to offer customers an improved purchasing experience as well as to fulfill our obligations as a contractual partner of Speira GmbH.

The legal basis for this type of processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The manufacturer has a legitimate interest in using customer surveys to find out to what extent their products and the services provided by their contractual partners meet the customers' expectations.

 

4. Rights of those affected

You have the following rights:

  • You have a right to information (Article 15 GDPR), correction (Article 16 GDPR), deletion (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR) and data transfer ( Art. 20 GDPR). We strive to process inquiries quickly.
  • If your personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR, you have the right to object if there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR). If you object to direct advertising, we will no longer send you advertising messages.

 

5. Revocability of consent

Any consent given to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time. The lawfulness of processing based on consent until its revocation remains unaffected.
