Labmix24 is hiring a

Pharmaceutical Strategic Customer Development Manager

for our location in Hamminkeln .

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in pharmaceutical research and manufacturing to provide actionable insights to key manufacturers, particularly in the area of new analytical approaches to testing drug quality and identifying product improvements and new service offerings by recording customer insights.
  • Sales of pharmaceutical products and services as part of a portfolio approach.
  • Process qualified sales leads to achieve performance goals.
  • Increase turnover and units sold
  • Regular data analysis and reporting
  • Know and understand all new and existing products to be able to present our service and product portfolio to customers. Adapt and/or develop content for and deliver technical presentations and training courses on pharmacopoeia quality standards and pharmaceutical reference material science
  • Support for various functions in our organization: customer service and marketing based on insights we receive from users of the products and services offered. You will act as an academic resource for customer service colleagues to help them achieve their goals
  • The Pharmaceutical Strategic Customer Development Manager will work directly with our managing directors on direction, priorities and focus areas

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related science field required.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a life sciences position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a contract laboratory that performs testing for the pharmaceutical industry, or other evidence of experience performing pharmacopoeial testing in an analytical laboratory.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience as a Sales Account Manager with account management for pharmaceutical or chemical/laboratory supply channels.
  • Experience with regulatory, quality assurance or GMP background a plus.
  • Strong customer relationship building and maintenance skills; problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and very good analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally is required, both domestically and internationally. A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Fluency in German and English
