Custom RoHS/WEEE and Polymer standards for XRF
Polyethylene and PVC standards for calibration, quality control and drift monitoring
Accurate testing of plastic products protects consumer and environmental health. RoHS and WEEE directives require compliance with restrictions on bromine, cadmium, chromium, mercury and lead content. Other regulations – including governmental and internal quality standards – may be more stringent or require the analysis of additional elements.
If your analysis requires a different combination of elements or concentrations than those available in ready-made standards, we offer custom Polyethylene (PE) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) standards with other elements and concentrations. Let us know what you require in the form below and we’ll send you a quote for standards tailor-made to your requirements.
*Please note: PE and PVC standards are not interchangeable for calibration due to interelement effects. The high percentage of chlorine in PVC reduces the sensitivity of the analytes.
