Inhibits the release of Abetax-40 (ED50 = 2.6 µ,M) and Abetax-42 (ED50 = 2.7 µ,M) in HEK293 cells stably transfected with Amyloid Precursor Protein Swedish mutants., A cell-permeable, reversible inhibitor of gamma-secretase.
