This Standard Reference Material (SRM) is a solution of recombinant human insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) which has been enriched with nitrogen-15 ( 15N). This SRM is intended primarily for use as an internal standard for stable isotope dilution liquid chromatography mass spectrometry methods used for the quantification of human IGF-1. A unit of NIST-2927 consists of three vials, each containing approximately 50 microliters of 15N-labeled recombinant human IGF-1 solution. /// Sample value(s) - please ask for current certificate.

National Institute of Standards and Technology

NIST provides over 1300 Standard Reference Materials® as well as articles and practice guides describing the development, analysis and use of SRMs.

NIST Standard Reference Materials are used by analytical laboratories in industry, academia and government in order to facilitate commerce and trade and to advance research and development. The SRMs are produced by the engineering laboratory, the material measurement laboratory, and the physical measurement laboratory at NIST. They are available for chemical composition, physical properties, and engineering materials.
