Application Note: (-)-Inosine Dehydroxy-N-(6-iminohexyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroacetamide Phospho-morpholine is an intermediate in synthesizing N6-(6-Aminohexyl)-FAD (A610600), a derivative of Flavine Adenine Dinucleotide (FAD) (F371500). Attachment of a ligand to the 6-Aminohexyl side chain of this compound, can be used as FAD-labelled conjugate that can be used to measure the concentration of the free ligand in a competitive binding immunoassay.
