Application Note: 4-Fluoro-1-naphthalenol 1-Formate is used in the preparation of carboxamide derivatives, naphthalenecarboxamides as inhibitors of CXCR2 for treatment of chemokine-mediated diseases. Also, it is used in the synthesis of 4-Hydroxy Duloxetine (H941800), which is a major metabolite of Duloxetine.
