Description
PyAOP is a extremely effective coupling which combines the high reactivity of HATU with the lack of side reactions of PyBOP(R) [1]. It is one of the best coupling reagents for use in cyclization reactions, as it mediates amide bond formation with low racemization and does not cause guanidinylation of free-amino groups.
