Description

The MILLIPLEX(R) MAP Cell Signaling Buffer and Detection Kit is an optimized reagent system used for single target and multiplexing assays of MILLIPLEX(R) MAP Cell Signaling Magnetic Bead MAPmates. The Buffer and Detection Kit contains a set of common reagents that are used in conjunction with the Cell Signaling Magnetic Bead MAPmates for multiplex analysis of proteins in cell lysates using a Luminex 100 IS, 200, or HTS system. MAPmates are sold individually and consist of an antibody capture bead set, a biotinylated detection antibody and, as appropriate, a positive and negative control. The detection assay is a rapid, convenient alternative to Western Blotting and immunoprecipitation procedures. Each kit contains sufficient reagents for one 96 well assay plate.
