Description
This Nuclear Reference Material (NRM) is intended to be used in neutron metrology to monitor fast neutron fluence rates and fluences. Surface contamination should be avoided, particularly cobalt or easily activated heavy metals from cutting tools. The application of the material is described in ASTM Standard E481-97 (1997).
