Description
Application Note: 1-(4-Methylbenzyl)-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane is a CXCR4 antagonist that stimulates rapid increase in circulating number of haematopoietic progenitors cells in mice and humans. It also mobilizes haematopoietic progenitor cells from bone marrow through inhibiting CXCL12 binding to CXCR4 receptor in mouse.
