Description
Application Note: (1-Bromocyclopentyl-2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-d8)(2-chlorophenyl)-methanone is used in the preparation of NMDA receptor modulator in the treatment of NMDA-mediated diseases. Also, it is an intermediate used in the synthesis of (S)-Ketamine-d6 Hydrochloride (K165312), which is labeled (S)-Ketamine (K165310, HCl salt) which is the more active enantiomer of the NMDA receptor antagonist and anesthetic agent Ketamine (K165300).
