Application Note: 1S-cis-Bifenthrin is a pyrethroid which was evaluated in vitro and the interactions with estrogen receptor were predicted to determine disruption of the hormonal network and the enantioselectivity of bifenthrin in trophoblast. 1S-cis-Bifenthrin was observed to have greater effects of consistent enantioselective interference o hormone signaling.
