Description
Application Note: 3-Amino-3-methylbutanoic Acid acts as a reagent in the preparation of arylsulfonyl methylbutanamides of cycloalkylamines, particularly adamantylamines, as selective inhibitors of human and murine 11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1. Synthesis of acetylcholine and carbamoylcholine analogs as a functionally selective alpha4beta2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor agonist. Phenamide preparation by coupling reaction.
