Description

The Progard(R) XL-S-C pretreatment pack pretreats feed water by removing large particles and free chlorine from tap water. It protects the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane against mineral scaling, organic fouling, and chlorine oxidation.The pretreatment pack includes prefiltration to remove particles, activated carbon to remove chlorine, and an anti-scaling agent to minimize the risk of scale formation. The Autoclean pack option includes a built-in chlorine cleaning tablet that will automatically clean the RO membrane when this new pack is installed.For use with larger RiOs(TM), Elix(R), Milli-Q(R) HR, HX, CLX and AFS(R) E water purification systems.
