Primary Binding Mechanisms: Electrostatic, hydrophobic, Filter Code: IEVH, Immobilon-E is the first PVDF membrane for Western blotting that can be wetted with with aqueous transfer buffer. This eliminates the alcohol pre-wet step required with other PVDF membranes.
