Description
Selective inhibitor of cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase (PDE IV, IC50 = 2 µ,M). Inhibits superoxide generation and arachidonic-induced platelet aggregation. Also inhibits fMLP-induced neutrophil adhesion to vascular endothelial cells., A cell-permeable, selective inhibitor of cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase (PDE IV, IC50 = 2 µ,M).
