Recombinant lambda PPase expressed in E. coli. A 221-amino acid, Mn2+-dependent, protein phosphatase. Hydrolyzes phosphate groups on serine, threonine, tyrosine, or histidine residues. Inhibited by orthovanadate. Note: 1KU = 1,000 units.
