Description

A pentyl-quinoline derived compound that acts as a pure, potent agonist of Toll-like receptor 8 agonist (TLR8, EC50 = 200 nM in a human TLR8-specifc reporter gene assay). Does not affect TLR2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, Nod1 and Nod2, and is devoid of any TLR7 activity.
