A zwitterionic buffer useful in the pH range of 6.8-8.2. Has a pKa 7.40 at 25C., A zwitterionic buffer (Absorbance: <=0.12 at 260 nm, 1 M, H2O). Has a pKa of 7.5 at 20C. Useful in the pH range of 6.8-8.2.
