Description

Recombinant, human oncostatin M expressed in E. coli. Pleiotropic cytokine which inhibits growth of A375 melanoma cells and mouse M1 myeloid leukemic cells. Enhances the growth of both endothelial and hematopoietic cells. Has also been reported to have growth stimulatory activities on normal fibroblasts, AIDS-Kaposis sarcoma cells, and a human erythroleukemic cell line, TF-1., Recombinant, human oncostatin M expressed in E. coli.
