Description

Acetoxymethyl (AM) derivative of FURA-PE3 with spectral properties similar to the parent compound. Can be loaded into cells in a manner similar to FURA 2/AM. Hydrolysis by non-specific esterases traps the indicator in the cytosol. Compared to FURA-2, it is retained longer in the cell.
