Description

A cell-permeable benzimidazolo-hydroquinolinone compound that acts as a potent, reversible, ATP-competitive inhibitor against PDGFR&beta,, FGFR-1, and VEGFR-2 (IC50 = 20, 90, and 240 nM, respectively) and effectively suppresses VEGF-stimulated proliferation of HMVECs (EC50 = 420 nM).
