Description

Fluorogenic CPP32/Apopain substrate. Cleavage of this substrate by CPP32/Apopain shows Michaelis-Menten kinetics (Km = 9.7 +/- 1.0 µ,M). Cleavage can be monitored by excitation at 380 nm and emission at 460 nm., Fluorogenic caspase-3 substrate. Cleavage of this substrate by caspase-3 shows Michaelis-Menten kinetics (Km = 9.7 +/- 1.0 µ,M). Also a substrate for caspase-6, caspase-7, caspase-8, and caspase-10.
