Coagulation Factor XII, Human Plasma, CAS 9001-30-3, is a native coagulation factor XI that once activated (principally by kallikrein), is converted to Factor alpha-XIIa., Native coagulation factor XII from human plasma. A single-chain polypeptide, which once activated (principally from the action of kallikrein) is converted to Factor alpha-XIIa. Factor alpha-XIIa then converts Factor XI to Factor XIa., Native coagulation factor XII from human plasma. A single-chain polypeptide which, once activated (principally from the action of kallikrein), is converted to Factor alpha-XIIa. Factor alpha-XIIa then converts Factor XI to Factor XIa.
