ReadyTube(R) is ready to use media to provide the highest level of quality and testing confidence for improving accuracy and significantly reducing the risk of false results. ReadyTube(R) Yeast extract agar is a highly nutritive medium recommended for the plate count of microorganisms in water. The media contains Yeast extract and peptone to provide nitrogenous compounds, vitamin B complex, and other growth nutrients. The Yeast extract agar formulation is in accordance to ISO 6222, the test strains according to ISO 11133 and released through an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
