Description
AOCS-0306-A3 has been prepared by AOCS from cotton genomic DNA extracted from clean leaves. AOCS-0306- A3 is available in sterile, 0.5ml skirted screw-cap self-sealing tu bes containing approximately 10 µg of cotton genomic DNA extracted from clean leaves. This reference material has been produced from genomic DNA extracted from clean leaves of non- modified cotton delivered by Bayer BioScience NV. The non-modified cotto n used in the preparation of AOCS ISO Guide 34 A2LA Certificate 3438.01 Certificate of Analysis for 0306-A3 Page 2 of 4, © AOCS, 2013 0306-A3 resulted from several cycles of self-pollination of the conventional line.
