Application Notes: Selonsertib is an apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1) inhibitor with potential anti-inflammatory, antineoplastic and anti-fibrotic activities. Selonsertib interacts with the catalytic kinase domain of ASK1 and prevents its phosphorylation and activation.
