Application Notes: 4-[4-[(Butylamino)carbonyl]-2-[[(2,4-dichlorophenyl)sulfonyl]amino]phenoxy]-3-methoxy-benzeneacetic Acid is a dual prostanoid D receptor (DP) and chemoattractant receptor-homologous molecule expressed on Th2 cells (CRTH2) antagonist. DP and CRTH2 are involved in mediating allergic reactions (asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis).
