Recognizes the ~185 kDa c-ErbB2/c-Neu protein in SK-BR-3 cells and breast carcinoma tissue. Does not cross-react with v-ErbB2 or the EGF receptor., This clone expresses the kappa light chain isotype. Purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with SP2/0 Ag14 myeloma cells. Recognizes the ~185 kDa c-ErbB2/c-neu protein., Anti-c-ErbB2/c-Neu (Ab-2), mouse monoclonal, clone 9G6, recognizes the ~185 kDa c-ErbB2/c-Neu SK-BR-3 cells and breast carcinoma.
