The disposable microtubes with 5 ml nominal volume are made from high-quality PP. . The quality level BIO-CERT(R) PCR QUALITY ensures the required cleanliness for PCR-setups, storage of PCR samples and other applications with high cleanliness requirements. This includes absence of DNA, RNase, DNase, pyrogenes (endotoxins) and PCR inhibitors.They are available either with an easy-to-open snap-on lid. The disposable microtubes can be centrifuged up to the maximum RCF value stated and autoclaved at 121 C (2 bar) according to DIN EN 285. For a reading of the approximate volume, they have an easy-to-read graduation.
