Beschreibung

The sample is composed of a solution of DNA containing a plasmid in which a 170 base pair (bp) fragment of the MON 810 5' plant-P35S junction as well as a 351 bp fragment of the maize endogenous high mobility group gene (hmg) have been inserted. The solution is made of 1 mmol/L TRIS, 0.01 mmol/L EDTA pH 7.0 and supplemented with 1 ng/µL of Col E1 plasmid DNA.
