Application Note: 4-Amino-N-((2R,3S)-3-amino-2-(3-(3R,3aS,6aR)-hexahydro-furo[2,3-b]furanyl)oxycarbonyloxy-4-phenylbutyl)-N-(isobutyl)benzene Sulfonamide is derived from Benzyl ((2S,3R)-3-Hydroxy-4-(isobutylamino)-1-phenylbutan-2-yl)carbamate (B279925), which can be used as reactant/reagent in synthetic preparation of peptide-like compounds as HIV-1 protease inhibitors. Also, it is an impurity of Amprenavir (A634400), which is a selective HIV protease inhibitor. An analogue of Ritonavir.
