"The BioTracker(TM) Dual-Color Mitochondria-Lysosome Live Cell Dye (Coupa) is a fluorescent probe used to detect mitochondria-lysosome interactions (Chen, 2020).Mitochondrial-lysosomal interactions are fundamental to the processes of cellular homeostasis. Mitochondria and lysosomes have unique interactions which involve transfer of metabolites. Some disease pathogenesis can be linked to this important subcellular interaction (Chen, 2020).
