Native thyroglobulin, consisting of two polypeptide monomers of 33 kDa each, purified from human thyroid. This protein is an excellent source of N-linked glycans of various structures, including sialylated core fucose and oligomannose oligosaccharides. When subjected to native PAGE this protein shows a band at~660 kDa, representing the dimeric form, and another band at ~330 kDa, representing the monomeric form.
