Beschreibung

A highly selective antagonist for the beta2 adrenergic receptors. Binds to the beta2 subtype with at least 100 times greater affinity than beta1 or beta3, the two other known subtypes of the beta adrenoceptor. (Ki values are 1.2, 120 and 257 nM for beta2, beta1 and beta3 receptors respectively).
