A zwitterionic N-substituted aminosulfonic acid buffer(Absorbance: <0.10 at 260 nm, 1.0 mM, H2O). Active in the pH range of 6.0 to 8.5. Has a pKa of 7.6 at 20C., Absorbance (1.0 mM, H2O, 260 nm):<0.10., A zwitterionic N-substituted aminosulfonic acid buffer. Useful in the pH 6.8-8.2 range. Has a pKa of 7.55 at 25C.
